Peeta And Katniss Train In New Photo From The Hunger Games

May the odds be ever in your favor! It won't be long until we hear those words on the silver screen and personally, I can't wait! Arriving on March 23rd, 2012, The Hunger Games is one of 2012's most anticipated films and for good reason. The first trailer looked great and the film has a pretty impressive cast. As it stands, it may just give the Twilight series a run for its money.

I actually just read the novels last weekend and flew through them, loving every minute of it. Now, I’m really stoked to see the film and I’m hoping that it’s successful. There’s a great story to be told here and I’m hoping that people don’t just dismiss it as a children’s novel, because it’s so much more than that.

Today, we get a new still from the movie, featuring Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) training for the games. It doesn’t reveal much but when it comes to The Hunger Games, I’ll take what I can get.

Check out the photo above and let us know in the comments whether or not you’re excited for the film.
