Let’s hope that Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network are both ready to withstand Asura’s Wrath. A new Famitsu article has officially confirmed Capcom‘s plans to release a demo for its big-budget project, which is expected to become available in Japan and North America on January 10. This early preview will give gamers a chance to check out the highly-touted game, well before it hits retail shelves on February 21.

The Asura’s Wrath demo will primarily focus on content (chapters 5 and 11) that was shown off at TGS 2011. However, there will be added features and it will launch onto both PSN and Xbox LIVE on the same day.
