Expansion Announced For The Binding Of Issac

The Binding of Isaac is one of those games you just never seem to truly finish. Sure, you may have gotten through the game once or twice, but there are still characters to unlock, items to find, secrets to uncover. With 10 hours so far, I still feel like I’ve only scratched the surface. Despite this, Edmund McMillen has started working on the an expansion entitled “Wrath Of The Lamb.”

There’s no official release date for the three dollar add on, but McMillen estimates it could be 2-3 months and it will be “done when it’s done.” McMillen has promised “about 50 percent more content” with new bosses, items characters and challenges on the bill. This should be the only add on for the title as after this “nothing else” can be done for the game.

I don’t need more reasons to jump back into the basement, but this is a welcome addition anyways. How about you? Ready to try to tackle Mom again?
