Well, the critics have spoken and Star Wars: The Last Jedi is officially a monster hit. At least, as far as reviews go. Not that anyone expected anything else, mind you, as positive buzz has been swirling around the sequel for months now. Disney/Fox Deal To Go Through This Week, Fantastic Four May Not Be Included
In what could be the most significant bit of superhero news of the year, it's looking increasingly likely that the Walt Disney Company and 21st Century Fox are very close to finalizing a deal that could see properties like X-Men and Fantastic Four making their way to the MCU. The DC Extended Universe Is Actually More Successful Than The MCU
It's no secret that the DC Extended Universe has had more than a few stumbles since its inception. Truthfully, the franchise only has one bonafide hit - Wonder Woman - and it seems the studio continues to make the same mistakes over and over again. It shows in the frosty reception that their films receive, too, with Justice League being the most recent example. Yet, when you actually sit down and look into the numbers - which, let's face it, are all that really matters in the end - Warner Bros.' burgeoning cinematic universe is actually more successful than the MCU.
