HBO Still Quite Interested In Making A Deadwood Movie
If you cast your mind back many years ago, before Game of Thrones, Westworld and True Blood, you’ll remember that HBO first made an impact on the television landscape with shows like The Sopranos, Six Feet Under, The Wire and, of course, Deadwood. It only lasted three seasons, but the Western was one of the most critically acclaimed series of its time and amassed a small but incredibly loyal fanbase. Unfortunately though, the ratings just couldn’t justify the cost to produce the show and it was ultimately given the axe.

Jessica Chastain Also Being Eyed For X-Men: Dark Phoenix
Fox is in a bit of an odd position with their X-Men franchise. On the one hand, you have Apocalypse, which was a colossal disappointment and left a lot of people feeling tired of the once beloved mutants. But then exciting projects like New Mutants and X-Force began to pop up, not to mention spinoffs like Logan and Deadpool finding tremendous success both with fans and at the box office, while on television we have the brilliant Legion and the upcoming family drama The Gifted.

New Details On Sean Astin’s Stranger Things Character Revealed
Without a doubt, one of the biggest hits last year, in any medium, was Stranger Things. Netflix’s sci-fi/horror series came from seemingly nowhere and took the world by storm, hooking viewers almost instantly with its gripping and intriguing mysteries and likeable characters. Not to mention all the nods and references it made towards classic ’80s properties. As such, it was no surprise when a second season was announced for October of this year.

By this point in the game, Stan Lee has effectively been crowned the master of Hollywood cameos. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster ride for Hellboy fans lately. Several months ago, Guillermo del Toro got our hopes up by saying that a third instalment in his series was looking likely. New Promos For Season 4 Of The Strain Descend Into Darkness
Though its first season was a gripping, terrifying and compelling bit of television, full of supernatural thrills and tons of gory, violent action, The Strain has since gone nowhere but downhill. It’s far from a bad show, of course, but FX has never really been able to recapture the magic of that initial outing and thankfully, the creators have realized this too, as the series will be calling it quits after its fourth and final season – which airs this July.
