John Woo’s The Killer Being Remade In 3D And English
John Woo's much loved action flick, The Killer, will be undergoing an English language, 3D remake. John H. Lee is set to director and set to star is Jung Woo-Sung (The Good, The Bad, The Weird). John Woo will produce along with Terrence Chang. As described in the press release, the plot is "set in present day, an elite Asian assassin risks everything to protect a beautiful singer that he unintentionally blinded, but can only do so with the help of an LAPD detective who is trying to catch him." No other information is known about the film at this point.

Kodi Smit-McPhee To Star In The Congress
In a recent interview, Let Me In star Kodi Smit-McPhee spoke to us briefly about his next film. He told us that he'll be starring in The Congress, a sci-fi, futuristic film, based on the novel The Futurological Congress by Stanislaw Lem (the man behind Solaris). Ari Folman will be directing and Robin Wright, Danny Huston, Harvey Keitel and Paul Giamatti are all attached. According to Kodi, the film is still in rehearsal phase.

Californication Season 4-04 ‘Monkey Business’ Recap
This week, in the aptly titled Monkey Business, Ruknle and Hank find themselves in quite the predicament. As we start off, Runkle is hanging out with Hank, telling him how good his script is. Runkle really likes it, Hank doesn’t seem too enthused though. He tells him ‘as much as I enjoy a good ol fashioned ego hummer, it’s time for you take your leave bald sir, I have much self pity in which to wallow.’ Runkle tells him they have a meeting with the producers that night and he drags Hank out of bed. As they head to the meeting we cut to opening credits.

Let Me In Blu-Ray Review
Let Me In, the remake of the fantastic Swedish horror film Let The Right One In. Both are based on the novel by John Ajvide Lindqvist and both offer a new and refreshing take on the whole vampire theme. When it was announced that director Matt Reeves (Cloverfield), would be remaking the film, fans of the original were up in arms. To them, Let The Right One In was as perfect as horror movies get and they saw no need for it to be remade. Nevertheless, Let Me In came to fruition and I'm happy to say, the results are pretty positive. I was on the fence after my first viewing but upon repeat viewings, I can safely say that I really enjoyed the film.

Mark Zuckerberg Meets Jesse Eisenberg
On a recent episode of SNL, Jesse Eisenberg finally got a chance to meet Mark Zuckerberg, whom he played in last year's The Social Network. It's pretty funny to watch as reportedly this is the first time they've actually met. Check out the video below.

Henry Cavill Cast As Superman
The search for Zack Snyder's Superman is now over. Unfortunately, fan favorite Jon Hamm did not land the role, instead it went to Henry Cavill, a relatively unknown actor. Cavill has had roles in Stardust, The Tudors, and he auditioned for Christopher Nolan’s Batman. He's also add some experience with Superman before as he was close to landing the role in Superman Returns. Cavill will be in a few upcoming films as well, including The Cold Light Of Day and Immortals, so hopefully moviegoers will become more familiar with him in the near future.

New Trailer For Operation Flashpoint: Red River
Codemasters released a new trailer today for their upcoming game Operation Flashpoint: Red River. The trailer gives us a look at US Marines entering Tajikistan. Set for a Q2 2011 release, there still isn't a confirmed release date but the game looks like it's shaping up nicely. The last game in the series, Dragon Rising received fairly positive reviews and despite its flaws, I found it to be pretty fun. Check out the description for the trailer and the trailer itself below.
