Eminem Will Star In Southpaw
Looks like Eminem is getting in front of the camera again. Last time we saw him, it was in 8 Mile, a film I really enjoyed. This time, he'll be starring in Southpaw, a boxing drama. According to Collider, he'll play "a fast-rising welterweight boxer who brawls his way to the title, only to see his world crash down around him due to tragedy". The screenplay is from Sons of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter. Sutter recently spoke about the film and said that in some way, it would be a continuation of 8 Mile. Sounds interesting to me. And if Eminem's acting is as good here as it was in 8 Mile, this will be one to watch out for. Check out what Sutter had to say about the film.

The A-Team Blu-Ray Review
What do you get when you put Bradley Cooper, Sharlto Copley, Liam Neeson and Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson together in one film? Entertainment, pure entertainment. If you haven't seen the film, you may be unfamiliar with some of the names above. Bradley Cooper is Phil from The Hangover, Sharlto Copley took the lead in District 9, Liam Neeson has been in just about everything and Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson, well he's kind of the rookie here, fairly new to acting, but most well known for his UFC days.

New Trailer For Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides
Today Disney released a brand new trailer for the upcoming film Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. As I've mentioned before, I'm not terribly excited for the film. I enjoyed the first two, but the third was really bad. The trailer we have here does look alright, and I will end up seeing the film, but my hopes aren't high. It's a great series, but after that third film, I kind of got turned off. I'm hoping things are back on track for this one. At least one thing is for certain, by the looks of it, Johnny Depp will give us another solid performance as Jack Sparrow.

Scorsese Says The Irishman Could Shoot Next Year
The Irishman is a project that has been in the works for a while. Now though, it is starting to pick up steam. Martin Scorsese, who will be getting behind the camera for the project, thinks that the film could start shooting as early as next year. The film will also see Robert De Niro reunite with Goodfellas co-star Joe Pesci. Last time De Niro, Scorsese and Pesci came together to make a movie we got Goodfellas and Casino, so if those are any indication of what these three can do together, you know The Irishman is going to be one hell of a film.

Splatterhouse Review
Splatterhouse. Does the name sound familiar? It should. Splatterhouse was a beat 'em up arcade game released back in 1988 by Namco Bandai. The game was also ported to numerous consoles back in the late 80's/early 90's and spawned a few sequels. Now we come to 2010 and Namco has remade Splatterhouse for the new generation of consoles. Very similar in nature to its predecessor, Splatterhouse is a beat 'em up game combined with a couple other gaming elements. And, of course, it is still wildly violent and over the top bloody.

Inception Blu-Ray Review
After seven viewings of the film, my thoughts are still the same. Original, ambitious, imaginative and mind blowing, Inception is not only the film that we as moviegoers have been waiting for, but it’s the film that we as moviegoers deserve. Inception manages to provide us with a movie that is by far the best movie of 2010 thus far and will probably still be the best movie of the year come the end of the year.

Prototype 2 Trailer Appears At Spike VGAs
While I did enjoy Prototype, I never thought it was that good that it would warrant a sequel. Guess the folks at Activision felt differently. We're getting a sequel to the Prototype and we now have a trailer for it, which debuted at the Spike VGAs. Like most of the trailers we've seen coming from the Spike VGAs tonight, it doesn't show a whole lot but it looks alright. Apparently you won’t be playing as Alex Mercer (the protagonist from the first game. Instead, you play Sergeant James Heller, who is sent in to hunt and kill Mercer. Expect the game in 2012 and for now, enjoy the trailer.

SSX Deadly Descents Debuts At Spike VGAs
Well, it's not SSX Tricky, I'll tell you that much. In fact, it looks a lot different than the original XBOX game. It seems as if it will be taking a more realistic approach to snowboarding and it's actually looking really good. I'm pretty impressed with the trailer. While I was hoping for something more like SSX Tricky, which I still think is the best game in the SSX series, I think I just may be surprised once I get a chance to play this. Looks like it could be a lot of fun.

Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception Debut Trailer
Here it is! Easily one of the most anticipated trailers from the VGAs. After the announcement of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception earlier this week, the internet went crazy, and deservedly so. Fans were promised a trailer at the VGAs and Spike delivered. We now have the first trailer and it looks incredible! We also got a November 1, 2011 release date, can't wait! Oh and that bit at the end there, that's real gameplay, according to Naughty Dog.
