Iron Fist Is Not A White Savior, According To Finn Jones
Marvel's Netflix series have exceeded all expectations, not only doing justice to big names like Daredevil, but successfully translating less well-known figures like Luke Cage and Jessica Jones to television screens. But with the upcoming Iron Fist, there's a racist elephant in the room (thankfully, a metaphorical one) that the show has been forced to acknowledge.

New Cars 3 Trailer Zooms Online
The Pixar sequel nobody wanted or asked for has another trailer. Judging by what we see in this latest preview, Cars 3 will involve sentient race car Lightning McQueen (voiced by Owen Wilson) driving very fast in a circular race against other talking cars. It seems as if he'll have some new competition, too, from a black car with neon blue trim named Jackson Storm (voiced by Armie Hammer).

The Beast Roars To Life In Final Trailer For Kong: Skull Island
Well, this is kind of surprising. Kong: Skull Island is only a few weeks away now, with its March 10th release date quickly approaching, and although we've already seen a ton of promotional material for it, Warner Bros. has now dropped one final trailer for the blockbuster, showing off just what a spectacle it's set to be. Granted, it is odd to get a new preview so close to the film hitting theaters, but given the footage on display here, we're certainly not complaining.

Aside from the lead character being called Bryan Mills, this has next to nothing to do with the Taken trilogy. What remains is a by-the-numbers spy show that fails to distinguish itself from the crowd.

Sense8 Season 2 Revealed In New Images
The Wachowski's trippy Sense8 is returning in May for Season 2, and Netflix have released a series of photos today to stoke anticipation during the long wait. In the first outing we got to know the eight characters as they discovered their telepathic powers, exploring each other's lives and defending one another from the villainous 'Whispers.'

Hayao Miyazaki Cancels Retirement To Make New Feature Length Film
Following the release of the intensely personal The Wind Rises, Studio Ghibli maestro and legendary animator/director Hayao Miyazaki announced his retirement. Given that he was 72 at the time, was famous for his perfectionism and had produced some of the greatest animated films of all-time over 20 years, few held it against him. He left the direction of Studio Ghibli to his son Goro Miyazaki and explained that from now on he'd devote himself to small projects.
