New Synopsis For The Flash Teases Time Travel

Fans of The Flash know that the character's powers aren't limited to just running really, really fast. The scarlet speedster can run so fast, in fact, that he can also travel through time. While the upcoming TV series on the CW exists in the more realistic and "grounded" world constructed by its sister show Arrow, a new synopsis for The Flash gives a pretty big hint about Barry Allen exploring both the past and the future with his newfound abilities. New Line’s Y: The Last Man Adaptation Is Officially Dead

Despite having the rights to the property for a decade and a director in place for over a year, New Line has truly struggled with getting an adaptation of the cult Brian K. Vaughan and Pia Guerra comic book Y: The Last Man off the ground. The Pied Piper Is Coming To The Flash

While we still don't know who will play him, TV Line has released a scoop confirming that Hartley Rathaway, the DC Comics villain known as the Pied Piper, is headed to The Flash. The character will make his debut midway through the series' upcoming freshman season and will have ties to Dr. Wells, who will be played by Tom Cavanagh.

Agent Carter Gains Boardwalk Empire Actor Shea Whigham

The fall television season may have just officially begun, with Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. among the first series out the gate, but our eyes and attention are set on another Marvel show heading our way: Agent Carter. Much like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Agent Carter will tell the human side of the fantastical and super-powered Marvel Cinematic Universe, but is set in the past, with Hayley Atwell front and center. Roberto Orci And William Shatner Respond To Star Trek 3 Cameo Rumors
