Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX Collector’s Edition Announced
For an HD remastering, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX has provided quite a wait for fans of the series since its initial confirmation late last year. Thankfully, the wait is close to paying off, as the PS3-exclusive compilation is already out in Japan and less than a month away from its December 2nd North American launch. To capitalize on fans' excitement, Square Enix has just announced a snazzy-looking Collector's Edition, which will bundle 2.5 with last year's 1.5 ReMIX and several bonus goodies.

LittleBigPlanet 3 Will Be Fully Compatible With Past DLC
Though I've been excited for LittleBigPlanet 3 since its announcement during Sony's E3 conference, one potential worry I've had for the game is backwards compatibility with both the unlockables and the DLC costumes and level expansions that the first two games contained. It looks like there's no need to fret, though, as the PlayStation Blog recently confirmed that all previously purchased DLC, as well as your profile and published levels from the first two games, will carry over into the anticipated threequel.

New Trailer Released For Final Fantasy Type-0 HD
Square Enix has released a new promotional trailer for the upcoming Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, a current-gen remaster of a Japan-exclusive PSP spinoff in the long-running JRPG series. Though it mostly consists of pre-rendered cutscenes setting up the story for the war-torn world the game takes place in, there are still a few parts showcasing the real-time battle gameplay.

Shantae And The Pirate’s Curse Gets A Launch Trailer
The Shantae series from developer WayForward, which got its start on the Game Boy Color and expanded to the DSi, iOS and Steam with the more recent Shantae: Risky's Revenge, is about to receive its third entry with Shantae and the Pirate's Curse, which will launch on the North American 3DS eShop on October 23 for $19.99, and will also be released on the Wii U eShop in the near future. Now that the game's launch is near, WayForward has appropriately released a launch trailer to give fans a taste of what to expect in the series' latest adventure.

The PS3-exclusive compilation Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX is getting ever closer to its North American release date of December 3, and to keep the hype train going, Square Enix has released a new trailer that will be nostalgic to longtime fans and intriguing to newcomers. ReMIX will contain the classic PS2 title Kingdom Hearts II, the formerly PSP-exclusive prequel Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, and a redone compilation of cutscenes from the DS entry Kingdom Hearts Re:coded.
