The Witcher Showrunner Says Fans Of The Games Will Love The Series
Netflix's The Witcher is specifically an adaptation of Andrzej Sapkowski’s books and not the CD Projekt Red video games. Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, however, who’s written both The Umbrella Academy and Daredevil for the streaming giant and is the series’ executive producer has promised that fans of the games will still find plenty to love in this episodic representation of the stories and characters.

Disney Said To Be Developing Live-Action Remake Of The Black Cauldron
Ahead of the official release of the latest live action remake from Disney in Jon Favreu’s The Lion King and as The Little Mermaid gets underway, attention turns to what’s coming next from the entertainment giant. It’s obvious that Disney is looking to its back catalogue to make the most of the properties it owns and another animated classic that’s now in talks for a live action remake is 1985’s The Black Cauldron. It’s an interesting idea as the movie is a much forgotten flop for Disney that’s talked about as the animated classic that almost killed the animation studio.
