Limewire Settles Out of Court For $105 Million
After being shutdown last year, file sharing service Limewire has settled out of court with four major music labels for a reported $105 million. This follows a similar settlement against Kazaa in 2006 for $115 million. The damages is for stolen media from the labels, including personal liability money from Limewire founder Mike Gorton.

Creative Assembly Working On A New Total War
Even though Shogun 2: Total War just released a couple of months ago, developers Creative Assembly are already planning a new entry in the Total War franchise. When speaking in an interview with Eurogamer, team member Mike Simpson replied when asked if another Total War was in the works, "“We never stop, so yes”.

First L.A. Noire DLC Revealed
The first DLC for LA Noire has been revealed through Best Buy's latest flyer. As seen above, the first 16 customers to buy the game at one of their midnight launches will receive a code to unlock the Nicholson Electroplating Arson Case when it releases.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Details Revealed
At last, the first details of the next Call of Duty game, Modern Warfare 3 have been revealed through a series of images and voiceovers. Details may change come release but for now, this is what Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software have cooking for us.

Alan Wake 2 Appears in Artist’s Resume
Alan Wake didn't exactly attain those big sales numbers that developers Remedy were expecting and hope for a sequel diminished for most fans. Personally, it was my fifth favorite game of 2010 so I was pretty disappointed to think I might never hear more of Wake's story. But there is always a light in the darkness.

Conduit 2 Review
When The Conduit released in 2009, I think everyone saw the untapped potential of the game. The game looked great, had an impressive multiplayer component and overcame the difficulty of using the Wii Mote and Nunchuck to aim by boasting one of the most customizable control schemes ever found in a console First Person Shooter. Unfortunately, it was bogged down by unvaried environments, corridor shooting that was found in shooters a decade ago and a very bland art style. High Voltage seems to have listened to the complaints of the first game and addressed almost all of them in Conduit 2 but is it enough?

Dr. Dre Previews Die Hard Featuring Eminem
Using the big fight between Manny Pacquiao and "Sugar" Shane Mosley this weekend as a platform, Dr. Dre released a preview of Die Hard, which features Eminem, during the Fight Camp 360 Showtime special on Friday night. This track will be on the long awaited Detox album but Dre says this will not be the next single as many suspected.

Assassin’s Creed: Revelations Details Revealed
The first few details of Assassin's Creed: Revelations, found in the next issue of Game Informer, have hit the net. According to the article, this will be the final chapter in the Ezio trilogy and will take place mostly in Constantinople which is split between four different districts: Constantine, Beyazid, Imperial and Galata. Players will also be visiting Cappadocia.
