Tate, who is presently under house arrest, released multiple statements through his legal team, making it clear that he does not take kindly to the allegations.

The lawyer for three women, Matt Jury, explained, “Their allegations include rape, sexual and physical assaults, including holding guns to women’s heads, strangulations including with belts, allegations of the most awful behavior towards women.”

The women, whose allegations stem from when they all worked for Tate in Hartfordshire near London, also stated that they are considering a lawsuit — though that apparently depends on whether they can raise money for it through crowdfunding — but also stated that they hope this encourages a new investigation that leads to criminal charges in the U.K., something that did not happen when the women initially went to police in 2015.

Sky News, who initially reported the allegations, also reached out to Andrew Tate and received a response from his legal team. The statement reads:

“By choosing to address the press first before any legal action had been taken, the women in this potential case prove beyond reasonable doubt that they are not seeking accountability or justice, but publicity and monetary compensation.”

The spokesperson for Tate actually surprisingly added that Andrew has been previously accused of “similar fabricated crimes,” but that they “have been dismissed.” Bringing up more accusations — even for the purpose of pointing out those were dismissed —may not be the win defense counsel thinks it is.

The statement further reads, “Andrew Tate and his team are determined to clear his name and restore his reputation and will take immediate and decisive legal actions against defamation, slander and perverting the course of justice.”

They also stress that they strongly deny the allegations, and Tate added that the three women “wanted money because I fired them.”

Hartfordshire police said that they are open to hearing the women’s claims, though they did so back in 2019, and stress that they concluded there was not enough evidence to seek criminal prosecution. The women’s current lawyer strongly disagrees.
