You would think former President Donald Trump has enough on his plate, what with the indictment, then today’s arraignment, plus the prospect of going from the highest office in the land to a prison cell, but apparently not. He’s also got time to lambast both Fox and former Attorney General Bill Barr.
Earlier this morning on his arraignment day, Trump apparently had some time to peruse his favorite news channel: Fox News. He took to his social media site Truth Social to provide us with one of his trademark unhinged diatribes, this time aimed at his former Attorney General.
He’s mad because Fox keeps interviewing Barr, even though he’s a “complete coward” who was “absolutely petrified of being impeached.” How quickly Trump forgets that it was Barr who got him out of his own impeachment snafu by undercutting Robert Mueller’s report about collusion with Russia.
How fast things change. Now Trump is calling Barr a “slave” to the Democrats by not having the “guts” to investigate election fraud. Election fraud, by the way, has been thoroughly debunked, but then what would Trump supporters yell at rallies?
The full message, by the way, is written in all caps – the sure sign of a stable genius.
“WHY DOES FOX KEEP PUTTING ON BILL BARR. AS ATTORNEY GENERAL HE WAS A COMPLETE COWARD WHO WAS ABSOLUTELY PETRIFIED OF BEING IMPEACHED, WHICH THE DEMOCRATS THREATENED TO DO UNTIL HE BECAME THEIR VIRTUAL “SLAVE” AND REFUSED TO INVESTIGATE AND PROSECUTE THE MASSIVE ELECTION FRAUD THAT TOOK PLACE IN THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, BY FAR THE RADICAL LEFT’S GREATEST CONCERN. HE SAID HE DID INVESTIGATE, BUT HE DIDN’T HAVE THE “GUTS” TO PROPERLY DO SO, AND NOW WE HAVE A NATION IN MASSIVE DECLINE!”
Just look at that block of text. Could it be the ramblings of a man who’s never had to deal with the consequences of his actions until now? That’s not all, either. Next he says something extremely sacrilegious to his followers: “You’re better off watching the Democrats.” What?
“WHEN YOU SEE RINO’S KARL ROVE, BILL BARR, OR PAUL RYAN ON YOUR TELEVISION SCREEN, JUST TURN TO A DIFFERENT STATION, OR TURN OFF YOUR SET. YOU’RE BETTER OFF WATCHING THE DEMOCRATS!”
This man is exhausting. And desperate. And this is only the beginning. There are at least three more criminal cases coming down the pipe for Trump. Things aren’t looking good for the orange gasbag, but you never know what could happen – especially with Trump. We’re in uncharted territory, folks.
