In Hollywood at least, they don’t make ’em much bigger than Dwayne Johnson, who somehow decided that the best way to break into the mainstream was by becoming even more jacked than he was at the height of his glory days as a professional wrestler.
To be fair, it worked a treat after he ended up as the highest-paid star in the business and one of its most bankable, even though there’s a growing belief that the wheels might be starting to come off just a little bit after the back-to-back failures of DC League of Super-Pets and Black Adam saw him renege on his word and make the comeback he swore he’d never make in the mid-credits scene of Fast X.
Regardless, nobody’s going to argue that the 51 year-old actor and producer is a sizeable slab of meat, but he’s not even the beefiest boy in his household anymore. Taking to Instagram, The Rock revealed the latest addition to his expanding clan, and no matter how much iron he pumps in that home gym of his, we’d be confident saying he’s never going to reach 1500 pounds.
As a father of three daughters, it’s certainly a unique way of anointing his first “son,” but the real question is whether or not Soul Bully is going to wind up as friend or food in the long run. After all, Johnson’s epic cheat meals contain enough calories to kill a normal human being, so what happens when he gets a little peckish and realizes he’s got every cut of beef under the sun grazing to its heart’s content right in his backyard?
