Former business partner to Priscilla Presley alleges John Travolta youngest son is biologically a Presley

They were all in the Church of Scientology.

Priscilla Presley has been entangled in a distasteful lawsuit with former business partners, but it has now reached an even deeper level, dragging not only her granddaughter Riley Keough into it, but also John Travolta. The former business partners are claiming that Keough donated her eggs to the Travoltas for a sum of more than $10,000 but not more than $20,000, along with a Jaguar.

Travolta has since lost his wife, Kelly Preston, who passed away in 2020 after a long battle with cancer — a fact Travolta made public through his official Instagram account. The two had three children, though Jett Travolta passed away in 2003 in a scandal of its own. This story, however, centers on Benjamin Travolta, who was reportedly born in 2010, according to Page Six.

Travolta has been no stranger to controversy, particularly surrounding his Scientology faith, which has not always courted the best public relations. But this time, the story barely has anything to do with him. It all stems from Priscilla Presley — widow of the great Elvis Presley.

Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko were business associates of Priscilla. Together, they were supposed to find creative ways to use the Presley brand to generate passive income — from selling merchandise, to making movies, to finding new ways of bringing the music back into the culture. The relationship eventually soured, and Kruse and Fialko filed a $50 million lawsuit filled with outrageous claims.

The former business associates have reportedly amended that amount, but they continue to make increasingly invasive claims about the inner workings of the Presley family. They allege that the Travoltas discovered they were unable to have children and initially sought help from the late Lisa Marie Presley. According to them, as Lisa Marie’s drug use worsened over the years, the Travoltas turned to Keough instead.

Priscilla, through her lawyer Marty Singer, has denied the claims against her and the latest allegations involving her granddaughter, calling them shameful. Singer said the lawsuit has “demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family. These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case.”

Lawsuits like this tend to get uglier before they get better. It’s also important to note that these remain allegations at this point. The Travolta family was reached for comment but declined to comment at this time. The burden of proof lies with the former business associates, and these are grave accusations that may even infringe on patient–doctor confidentiality — meaning there may never be a full public accounting.

Keough has been married to Ben Smith-Peterson since 2015, and they currently have two children together. She does share one point of overlap with John Travolta, having also been raised in the Church of Scientology. However, given how she has taken the high road throughout her grandmother’s legal battles, it seems unlikely she will address this latest controversy either.
