‘Like a pit viper willing to prey on her own family’: Priscilla Presley accused of causing Elvis Presley’s death and hit with $50M lawsuit

The accusation follows the allegation that she deliberate cut short her daughter's life.

A bombshell lawsuit against Priscilla Presley has been amended to include claims that she is responsible for the death of Elvis Presley, according to her former business partners. Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, who are in a legal feud with Priscilla, have made explosive claims in their amended complaint, alleging that she pressured Elvis to his death.

In a statement to TMZ, Priscilla’s lawyer, Marty Singer, called the claims “absurd and ridiculous,” joking that he “expect[s] her next amendment to claim that Priscilla is responsible for the death of JFK”. The lawsuit claims that Priscilla, feeling she hadn’t gotten enough from her divorce settlement, placed a lien on Graceland in the amount of $494,024.49.

This was less than four months before Elvis died at a young age. Kruse and Fialko allege that this act of putting a lien on Graceland created “undue pressure on Elvis, pushing him to his death.” The complaint further claims that Priscilla then used this lien to strong-arm Elvis’s father, Vernon, while he was on his deathbed, into making her the co-executor of Elvis’s estate.

Priscilla Presley is accused of her ex-husband’s death

Priscilla’s former business partners don’t hold back in their accusations, calling her a “calculated sociopath and master of deception” who uses the Presley name for her own gain. They even go so far as to describe her as being “like a pit viper willing to prey on her own family“. This isn’t the first time Kruse and Fialko have made such dramatic claims.

They previously alleged that Priscilla was responsible for taking Lisa Marie Presley off life support in 2023, hours after she suffered cardiac arrest. They claimed that Lisa Marie had a signed directive to prolong her life, and that Priscilla’s motivation was to end her daughter’s efforts to remove her as the sole trustee of a life insurance trust. Priscilla has strongly denied these claims.

The legal battle over Lisa Marie’s trust has already had its fallout, with her daughter, Riley Keough, now in charge of the estate. Riley, who is a substantial owner of Graceland, paid Priscilla millions to settle a previous dispute over the trust. The lawsuit even includes an alleged message from Riley to her grandmother, expressing that it was “sad, heartbreaking, hurtful and upsetting” that they were fighting in court over her mother’s trust. Riley also reminds Priscilla in the message why Lisa Marie had wanted her off the trust in the first place.

On the other hand, Priscilla’s lawyer, Marty Singer, has his own claims about the case. He alleges that Kruse and her “conspirators” are the ones who are guilty of wrongdoing, accusing them of taking advantage of Priscilla and misappropriating $1 million from her. Singer claims that they are engaging in “elder abuse and misappropriation of her assets”. It’s a messy situation, with both sides throwing serious accusations at each other. For now, it seems like this legal feud is far from over.
