Stephen King fuels online beef with Dan Bongino by taking aim at professional draft-dodger Donald Trump

The gloves are staying below the belt.

Hardly a day goes by in which renowned novelist Stephen King doesn’t purposely add fuel to the fire of an ever-growing online beef. In the past, the grandfather of horror has taken considerable aim at figures such as Elon Musk and Ron DeSantis, although it’s certainly hard to disagree with the notion that professional draft-dodger Donald Trump is King’s favorite punching bag. And while beef between King and conservative commentator Dan Bongino has heated up over the last week, there’s absolutely no denying that Trump is at the top of the hate list.

Over on Twitter, King sneakily decided to kick off an eventful morning by responding to a recent tweet from Bongino, in which the 48-year-old radio host heavily criticized Joe Biden and referred to him as the “worst president” the U.S. has ever had. Without skipping a beat, King chimed in by listing a colorful selection of adjectives to describe former president Donald Trump. You can check out the exchange for yourself down below:

And while terms like “draft-dodger” and “narcissistic” being used to describe Trump hardly come as a surprise, the kicker of the entire statement happens at the end, with King hitting below the belt and referring to Trump’s recent sexual abuse troubles. But if there’s one thing certain about King, it’s that he won’t sugarcoat his feelings in the slightest.

Then again, when you seriously take on board the things that King wrote in his tweet, it’s undoubtedly hard to argue with the concept of Trump being identified as the worst president of all time. Of course, he’ll simply deny it until the milk runs dry and the cows come home.
