New I Am Alive Video Shows Off Combat

Ubisoft‘s upcoming XBLA game I Am Alive is right around the corner and a new video was released today showing off the combat in the game.

Setting the player in a post-apocalyptic world, I Am Alive is as a survival game at its core and from everything we’ve seen, I’m hooked. The troubled development cycle it went through is now an after thought and it looks like the wait and the delays were worth it.

I like what I see from the environment and setting of the game, which seems a bit like Fallout 3. The combat showcased here also looks pretty interesting thanks to the inclusion of bluffing, the element of surprise and of course, the 300 kick.

Check out the video below and see what you think.

I Am Alive will be released during Microsoft’s XBLA House Party, starting February 15.
