The galaxy is a mighty big place in the Mass Effect universe, and if a new update from Bioware can be believed, it might just have a few more surprises in store for us this N7 Day, with or without its legendary Commander Shepard.
Named for its relation to Shepard’s in-game call sign onboard the starship Normandy, the unofficial holiday of “N7 Day” has celebrated all things Mass Effect every November 7th since the release of the original back in 2012. This year, Bioware has already promised that we sadly won’t see or hear any major announcements for its fourth series entry of next year’s Mass Effect: Andromeda. We will, however, have a few things to look forward to this coming Saturday.
The studio has announced that it’ll be marathoning all of Mass Effect 3: Citadel DLC live on its Twitch channel for Extra Life, the annual 24-hour gaming marathon Children’s Miracle Hospital Network. They will also be churning out series-related giveaways as we approach November 7th.
