Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! Will Add Playable Handsome Jack

On November 11th, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! fanatics will be able to choose a new avatar: Jack himself. Well, sort of. You see, the character is actually called "Jack" with quotation marks, because he's a doppelganger and not the real man. It's a bit weird, but that's Borderlands for you.

On November 11th, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! fanatics will be able to choose a new avatar: Jack himself. Well, sort of. You see, the character is actually called “Jack” with quotation marks, because he’s a doppelganger and not the real man. It’s a bit weird, but that’s Borderlands for you.

Handsome Jack’s Doppelganger Pack will release at a $9.99 price point, but will be available for ‘free’ to those who’ve purchased the game’s Season Pass. Of course, being that it’s a new character and all, you can expect unique abilities and skills to both utilize and unlock, with the biggest selling point being his penchant for sending out death-dealing digi-clones of himself. Going further, he’ll also be able to gather weapon upgrades and have more of a fighting chance in Fight for Your Life mode. Cool stuff indeed.

What say you about Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel adding a clone of Handsome Jack to its playable roster? Is it something that interests and excites you, or is it an add-on that makes you wonder if your Season Pass purchase was a smart one? Let us know through our comments section.
