During their conference to discuss financial results for 2015, CD Projekt Red revealed their development plans following Cyberpunk 2077. After the enormous success of last year’s trilogy-ending The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, CD Projekt Red are on the crest of a wave and are intent on continuing their success.

Writers from DualShockers attended the call, and reported back on what the developers are planning for the future. Excitingly, their plans are apparently set to feature a “new type of video game format previously unexplored by the studio”. While no real elaboration on this was given, it was apparently said that the developers were experimenting with things that “nobody has done before.”

Following this it was reconfirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 would be fitting into the studio’s 2017-2021 release schedule, but most interesting of all was the confirmation that “another AAA RPG title” would also drop during that time. Again absolutely no further information about this new title was given but, hey, it sure is good to know Geralt’s success is inspiring more adventure from the studio.

The screen capture below confirms the meagre tease about the new RPG, as well as cementing that Cyberpunk 2077 release info.
