In what is a surprisingly quick turnaround, Dead Rising 3 will receive its third Untold Stories of Los Perdidos expansion tomorrow. This news comes to us from Microsoft’s very own Twitter account, which has become a valid source for news and updates as of late. It links to an expanded news item on the company’s Tumblr page.
The truth is that few details regarding this third story-based add-on are currently known. What we can tell you, though, is that it goes by the name of Chaos Rising, and will have its own storyline/related missions. Said campaign will star a brand new character, as expected, and should also offer some new weapons. It does seem like there’ll also be a new vehicle, as one seemingly unique automotive contraption is shown in a wallpaper on the aforementioned Tumblr page.
Dead Rising 3: Chaos Rising will cost $9.99 when it launches tomorrow, but season pass owners can download it for “free.”
