Welcome to We Got This Covered’s Deals of the Day. In this brand new column, we’ll be scouring the web in order to bring you hot deals on Blu-Rays and video games. Today, we’ve found two great video game deals for you, check them out below.
1) Bioshock Infinite
A clear contender for Game of the Year, nothing else released so far in 2013 can rival what we’ve seen with Bioshock Infinite. Stunning in every sense of the word, the latest in the Bioshock series is a modern day classic and an absolute masterpiece. So, you can imagine our excitement when we saw it on sale this morning on Amazon. Marked down 33%, Infinite is now selling for $39.99, a price point that you CANNOT pass up if you haven’t yet purchased the game.

No matter what type of gamer you are, we promise that you’ll find it hard not to be totally swept up in this immersive and engaging experience. It really has to be played to be believed but make no mistake about it, you will not play a better game this year. It’s a bold claim, considering we’re only halfway 2013, but it’s a claim that I wholeheartedly believe.
2) Dead Island Riptide
While it’s far from the game Bioshock Infinite is, if you’re looking for something a bit lighter and more, well, mindless, then Dead Island Riptide may be right up your alley. Marked down 20% and selling for $39.99, the game would make for a decent purchase at that price point. Though it didn’t entirely right all the wrongs that its predecessor made, it’s still a fun experience for the zombie lover in all of us and it does have its moments. Put it this way, if you enjoyed Dead Island then you’ll probably have a good time with its sequel.
