Were you hoping to snatch up a copy of Dark Souls III‘s luxurious Prestige Edition ready for release day on April 12? Well, we’ve only got bad news for you – publisher Namco Bandai have said the exclusive edition has completely sold out.

The company haven’t said whether they plan to manufacture more units of the Prestige Edition like Bethesda did with their hugely-popular Pip Boy Edition for Fallout 4, but it’s not looking likely. Namco says the PlayStation 4 version of it sold out within a measly 2 hours.

It’s easy to see why though; the Prestige Edition comes packed with stuff, including an A4 art book, soundtrack, steelbook game case, a cloth game map and, of course, the icing on the cake – a 40 cm resin Lord Of Cinder statue.

Don’t weep just yet though, there’s still a chance to nab the collector’s edition of Dark Souls III (pictured below). Minus the premium Lord Of Statue figurine, the collector’s edition comes with everything else the Prestige Edition does.
