The only thing more nightmarish than Dark Souls III‘s punishing difficulty is the fact that we still have three weeks to wait until the game is finally released in the West. Beware, if you’re trying your best to avoid any and all information on Dark Souls III in an effort to go in blind, you watch the trailer (above) at your own risk. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!

Besides the usual focus on the High Wall Of Lothric area we’ve seen in numerous other clips, this one shows off several new, fantastic-looking vistas and enemies. Among them is an apocalyptic-looking, cloudy arena, a giant crab boss, and another of a bearded, hammer-wielding man as he swoops in to smash you in the face with it on the back of a monster of the avian variety. Surprisingly, it doesn’t appear to be a dragon.
