Darksiders II Soundtrack Now Available For Pre-Order

Although only a few soundtracks from video games have stuck in my mind, anything composed by Jesper Kyd easily stands above the rest. Responsible for the incredible compositions featured in the Assassin’s Creed series, he can now add the upcoming Darksiders II soundtrack to his impressive resume.

Gamers jonesing for their music can now pre-order the soundtrack through iTunes, Amazon and other major music sites. For everybody else, the soundtrack will be released on August 14th alongside the game.

BAFTA award-winning composer Jesper Kyd, renowned for his iconic musical scores in the Assassin’s Creed and Hitman series, has crafted a thrilling original score for DARKSIDERS II, the sequel to the critically acclaimed action/adventure title developed by THQ’s in-house studio Vigil Games.
