Xur’s back for another weekend of shady bartering in Destiny, but where’s he decided to set up shop and, more importantly, is the Agent of the Nine selling anything worth the visit? Even if you already own Xur’s entire range of Exotics on offer this week, there’s always the opportunity to stockpile some additional Three of Coins or Ammo Synths for all your PvE needs, so don’t write it off just yet.
Returning, once again, to the Tower after a brief stint in the Reef, you can find the merchant hanging out by the Crucible quartermaster this week, and as usual, he’s got a piece of Exotic gear on sale for each of the Hunter, Titan and Warlock classes as well as an Exotic weapon.

The pick of the bunch this time as far as armor is concerned is probably the Claws of Ahamkara Warlock gauntlets. Twilight Garrison and Celestial Nighthawk certainly aren’t bad by any stretch of the imagination, but if you’re short on Strange Coins, the additional melee charge that Claws provide to Warlocks makes them worth shooting for first. As for Hawkmoon, its unique trait Holding Aces pairs well with Luck in the Chamber, but unless you’re lacking a good roll Legendary hand cannon, you’re probably best off skipping a purchase.
Xur leaves Destiny‘s shores on Sunday, February 24, so don’t leave it too long to pay the tentacle-faced enigma a visit. See you next week!
