EA Confirms Mass Effect 3

Found on the EA store was a pre-order listing for Mass Effect 3, which confirms EA will announce Mass Effect 3 at the VGAs. Unsurprisingly the image leaked yesterday looked very much like Mass Effect’s styling, which is more or less probably what it is.

Earth is burning. Striking from beyond known space, a race of terrifying machines have begun their destruction of the human race. As Commander Shepard, an Alliance Marine, your only hope for saving mankind is to rally the civilizations of the galaxy and launch one final mission to take back the Earth.

This game looks set to be heading for the PC and you can also expect an Xbox 360 and PS3 version to be released on the same date.
