Due to the numerous bugs that currently plague Battlefield 4, DICE has stopped working on everything else but their newest title in an effort to patch everything up.
“We know we still have a ways to go with fixing the game – it is absolutely our #1 priority. The team at DICE is working non-stop to update the game,” an EA representative told IGN. “We know many of our players are frustrated, and we feel your pain. We will not stop until this is right.”
While it’s nice to hear that both EA and DICE are committed to fixing their game, it’s still a bit upsetting that by this point there are still so many bugs. Battlefield 4 is a high-profile, AAA title and the fact that it’s still unplayable for so many people is kind of unacceptable.
Personally, I’m loving the online portion as I haven’t really experienced anything game-breaking on that side. Unfortunately, I still haven’t been able to play the campaign very much as my save file gets erased whenever I turn off my console. For now though, multiplayer is keeping me entertained and I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a quick resolution to all this.
