Gotham City Impostors E3 Trailer Is Nuts

A few weeks ago, a mysterious little title was announced. It was called Gotham City Impostors and it had many people confused. Was this a new Batman game? Did it have anything to do with the Caped Crusader? Where did this game come from? Well, it turns out that Gotham City Impostors will be a downloadable Batman themed FPS.

The game will allow players to play as characters who are essentially imposters of Batman, the Joker and other famous dwellers of Gotham City. Character creation is a big part of the game, as the developers plan to allow gamers to create their own characters for use in the game’s gun-based battles. From what we know thus far, it seems as if the game centres around a battle between two separate groups: those who are trying to be like the Dark Knight himself, and those who idolize the maniacal Joker.

It all sounds pretty neat and now with the E3 trailer, I’m even more excited. The game looks completely whack and absolutely nuts. I think the concept is brilliant and it looks like a ton of fun. The trailer shows off the different impostors and also gives us a look at the gameplay.
