Let’s be honest, most of us knew this was coming, it was only a matter of time before we actually saw it. Today in “news that surprises no one,” someone at Microsoft accidentally flipped a switch and revealed a Halo 4 Limited Edition console, which will run you $399.99.

As with the Gears of War edition that came before it, the special edition console comes with completely customized console and two controllers, a copy of the game, a 320 GB hard drive and a headset without the odd, yet fancy colors. Speaking of which, I’m not sure what’s going on with that paint job.

The listing was taken off of Microsoft‘s website very quickly but it is indeed legitimate.

If that’s not enough Halo for you, the first full-length trailer for the live-action series, Halo: Forward Unto Dawn, has been released.

It’s pretty neat. Although, I can no longer take Master Chief seriously with that giant bold “117” on his armor. Makes the whole thing look cheap. But I’m picky. Maybe you’ll think differently.
