As the festive period gets well underway, Blizzard have started to tease the wintery wonders coming to Hearthstone: Heroes Of Warcraft. In the first announcement regarding the Christmassy theming, Blizzard have started to detail a few of the offers that will be available during this time.
Soon, fluffy snow will settle on the eaves and gables of Stormwind and ice over Orgrimmar. During Winter Veil, from the 9th of December through the 6th of January, you’ll get to see each game board decked out in its holiday best. All of the Hearthstone heroes have gotten into the spirit of the season as well with a new, jolly “Greetings” emote!
Fans of the card game can get free packs with certain bundles during the Winter Veil event as the developers attempt to boost the number of active players visiting the game during the holidays. This is apparently just the first of several Winter Veil announcements, as well, with Blizzard advising that fans of Hearthstone: Heroes Of Warcraft keep their eyes peeled for more festive fun over the next few weeks.
