New World Interactive has announced that they will be bringing a wealth of new content to their hit indie shooter, Insurgency with the game’s first major update. Titled Molotov Spring, the additional content will aim to further enhance the gritty experience of the game by expanding on the strong foundations that are already in place. Tactical fiends will be able to master two brand new maps, additional game modes, improved co-op gameplay, new firearms and weapon attachments.
The developer has decided to leave the finer details of the content update under wraps, but fans won’t have to wait long for answers, as Molotov Spring is set for release later this week. For now, you can satisfy your curiosity by checking out a recent co-op gameplay session that features one of the brand new maps, Buhriz, in action. It’s not much, but at least we’re given something to tide us over.
