Zodiac: Orcanon Odyssey has been billed as a persistent online role playing game, and it’ll be coming to iOS sometime in November 2015. It’s got gorgeous visuals, a beautiful soundtrack, and promises to have a deep storyline to boot. It’s a mix of classic elements from Japanese RPGs with more modern touch game play conventions, and can supposedly be enjoyed solo or as a multiplayer experience.

As for the core gameplay, it’s much like a typical RPG. Your party and a bunch of monsters take turns hitting each other. You attack, defend, and gain items like potions and new weapons. There’s an element of tactics in that strong attacks leave you more vulnerable to damage on your next turn, and you can swap classes on the fly to fit your needs and the abilities of your foes.

Zodiac: Orcanon Odyssey has been built from the ground up for a touch screen interface. You drag action icons onto monsters, so there’s no messing around with fake D-pads and awkward menus. Even outside of battle, travel on your flying griffon only involves dragging your finger around the screen.

The game will be a premium title on iOS, and will be released in late November or early December of this year. It’ll also hit Steam, Playstation 4 and PS Vita some point shortly afterwards.
