Straight from the Tokyo Game Show come two new promotional trailers for upcoming Final Fantasy games, namely Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster. The first of these is a brief tease at Lightning Returns, showcasing some of the flashy action, environments, and battle techniques players can expect to see in the third entry in the FFXIII series.

Next up is a trailer for the X/X-2 HD Remaster, displaying the snazzy high-def and widescreen makeover the duo of PS2 games will be getting for their re-release on the PS3 & Vita.

Lightning Returns is scheduled for a North American release of February 11, while X/X-2 HD Remaster has an unspecified release date sometime next year. We will keep you updated on more news regarding the Final Fantasy franchise as it develops.
