Clicking through on either entry doesn’t reveal the contents of the potential remasters, but considering popular protagonist Ezio Auditore da Firenze is named directly in the title, one can safely assume that it would contain every game in which he appears. That being the case, Assassin’s Creed 2, Brotherhood and Revelations are all entries in the hugely successful franchise that would be eligible for the compendium.

Until Ubisoft says otherwise, there’s every chance that the listing could turn out to be false, but with the publisher having already confirmed that they won’t be releasing a brand new entry in the action-adventure series this year, a remaster of arguably the most popular Assassin’s Creed games released to date could be a great way for them to give fans while they work on whatever’s next.

We’ll let you know if and when Ubisoft confirms or denies the existence of the collection, so be sure to check back often for updates.
