This sweltering Labour Day has brought with it more evidence that points towards a PS4 version of Beyond: Two Souls. However, as of yet, no official confirmation has been made by either the game’s developers or Sony itself.
Earlier today, IGN reported seeing Beyond: Two Souls – Director’s Cut listed on two different German retailers’ websites, though those listings have been removed since. Additionally, a set of unconfirmed trophies has popped up on Exophase, further hinting at the remaster’s existence. Is any of it real? We’re not sold yet, but it may be.
It seems like every popular PS3 game is getting the “remastered for PS4” treatment, so it wouldn’t be surprising if Beyond: Two Souls was announced for Sony’s flagship device. It’s not a masterpiece, but its cinematic values would certainly pop in full 1080p.
