With LittleBigPlanet Karting‘s launch date almost upon us, Sony has revealed the antagonists that Sackboy will be racing against in the game’s story mode. A mysterious group of aliens known only as The Hoard.

The Hoard landed on Craftworld after the events in LittleBigPlanet 2, and quickly set their evil plan in motion to steal all of prizes in the world. They raced all over the planet in their speedy karts, stealing everything they could get their hands on and hoarding it away for reasons.

One day, as Sackboy was watching, a swam of The Hoard zip by and one of them suddenly crashed. Seizing the opportunity, he quickly jumped into the kart, and then somehow a go-kart racing circuit started.

Check out the screenshots of The Hoard in LittleBigPlanet Karting in our gallery below, and look for the game to hit retail shelves on November 6th.
