Over Five Minutes Of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Gameplay

Digging into the depths of history for inspiration relating to its Assassin's Creed franchise, Ubisoft made a wise decision by grabbing, and sticking with, the pirate life. That led to the creation of what is sure to be one of this holiday season's best-selling games, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, the latest annual instalment from the publisher's flagship series. But you probably knew about that already.

Digging into the depths of history for inspiration relating to its Assassin’s Creed franchise, Ubisoft made a wise decision by grabbing, and sticking with, the pirate life. That led to the creation of what is sure to be one of this holiday season’s best-selling games, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, the latest annual instalment from the publisher’s flagship series. But you probably knew about that already.

What you maybe haven’t seen is this brand new walkthrough video, which was shown near the end of Sony’s E3 presser. If you’re at all interested in pirates, or Assassin’s Creed, then it should definitely pique your interest. Ubisoft could’ve shown us more new content, but what is presented within the walkthrough’s runtime is of quality, and fans of the ship-based segments of the last game will be happy when they see the final part of this play session.

After the demo concluded, it was announced that Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will be receiving PlayStation exclusive content, much like Watch Dogs. Its bonus will allow players to take on the role of Aveline, who appeared in last year’s Vita exclusive, Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation, tasking them with completing a few of her own unique missions.
