Confirming a recently leaked GameStop Black Friday advertisement, Nintendo has officially announced that a The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds themed 3DS XL will launch this November across North America.

The new bundle — which was revealed in a short video by Nintendo producer Eiji Aonuma this morning — includes a Zelda themed gold-and-black 3DS XL and a copy of The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. Fans who are contemplating trading in their current boring 3DS handheld for the beautiful new gold bundle will be able to do so on November 22nd for $219.99.

One quick note about the bundle, the included game is neither in physical cartridge form or pre-installed on the 3DS XL. According to the press release, the package will contain an eShop code for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, so users will have to download and install the game themselves.

Check out Eiji Aonuma’s video introducing the Zelda themed 3DS XL, along with several still shots of the system, in the gallery down below.
