The new trailer opens with a whistle-stop tour through the game’s basics, showing off the sandbox nature and the randomly generated worlds early on. There’s then a quick look at the combat of Portal Knights as the trailer establishes the title as an action adventure.

After that we get a glimpse at all three of Portal Knights‘ hero classes – being Warrior, Mage and Ranger, of course – in action before one last whip around the additional features of the gameplay. Crafting and the classic RPG levelling systems are shown, as well as some decidedly Minecraft-esque building and the chaotic 4 player co-op modes.

This launch trailer demonstrates just how much fun content seems to be packed into Portal Knights, and you can now check the game out through Steam Aarly Access if the latest footage has left you begging for more.
