Welcome to Wellspring – a virtual town in the world of Rage, which houses an important well for drinking water. That natural resource and necessity is in trouble as a group of bandits has threatened to poison it. The townsfolk need your help badly, so it’s up to you to help them prevent the bandits from poisoning their livelihood.
Bethesda has released an eight minute long gameplay trailer, showcasing this stunning town and the in-game square footage it takes up.
Check out the tag at the bottom of the video, too. This isn’t footage from cutscenes or pre-rendered footage. This is actual gameplay and it looks breathtaking. Don’t forget to mop up your drool when its run time ends.
Rage will be available for the XBOX 360, PlayStation 3 and PC this fall. September 13 to be exact.
