Saints Row IV’s Enter The Dominatrix DLC Launches On October 22nd

If you’ve finished Saints Row IV in the weeks since its release back in August, but have been wishing for an excuse to return to the streets of virtual Steelport, you’re in luck. Enter the Dominatrix, the first story-based downloadable expansion for the game, will be available in North America on October 22nd, with a UK launch scheduled for October 23rd.

The download, which will cost $7 on its own but will be free for those who already purchased the game’s season pass, will apparently revolve around an alternate storyline, where the Saints find themselves trapped in virtual reality not by the alien Zin, but by the titular Dominatrix AI.

Players can expect to fight outrageous enemies such as gimps with new weapons and allies, along with some behind-the-scenes commentary from the cast. It sounds a bit meta, but the Saints Row series seems like a good place to try new, goofy takes on things at this point.
