While we're still waiting for more E3 2017 details to emerge (specifically, what games and developers will be on the show floor), it's worth turning our attention to PAX East 2017, which is set to take place this weekend from March 10th to the 12th.

While we’re still waiting for more E3 2017 details to emerge (specifically, what games and developers will be on the show floor), it’s worth turning our attention to PAX East 2017, which is set to take place this weekend from March 10th to the 12th.

PAX, also known as the Penny Arcade Expo, is a series of gaming expos which take place around the world (specifically, in Boston, Seattle, San Antonio, and Melbourne), which focuses exclusively on gaming. Unlike other trade shows, the Penny Arcade Expo is open to the public, though it’s worth mentioning that tickets tend to sell out fast.

As you might imagine, there are plenty of developers and publishers that show off their upcoming titles at such events, and PAX East is no exception. As detailed on the PlayStation Blog, Sony has announced their lineup for the convention, where they plan to show off more than 25 titles, all of which will be playable on the show floor.

Here’s a full list of games you’ll be able to go hands-on with:

  • Boundless
  • Cosmic Star Heroine
  • Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy
  • Cryptark
  • Dino Frontier
  • Disc Jam
  • Eitr
  • Everything
  • Farpoint
  • Full Throttle Remastered
  • Gang Beasts
  • Gnog
  • GT Sport
  • Loot Rascals
  • MLB The Show 17
  • Nex Machina
  • Nidhogg 2
  • Pox Nora
  • Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin
  • Rain World
  • Rime
  • Sundered
  • Tooth & Tail
  • What Remains of Edith Finch
  • Windjammers
  • Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles

While some of these titles, such as Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin and Disc Jam, have already been released, there are a handful of notable games on this list, some of which haven’t been shown off to the public before (the infamous Rime comes to mind).

PAX East 2017 is set to take place from March 10th through the 12th at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
