Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition Confirmed As DLC

As suspected, it looks like Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition will in fact be making its way onto consoles as DLC according to the first big announcement at this year's Captivate press event. Although a home version of SSFIV:AE been buzzing around the rumor mill for months now, it was all but confirmed by a BBFC rating last week which suggests a June release, we finally have an official announcement.

As suspected, it looks like Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition will in fact be making its way onto consoles as DLC according to the first big announcement at this year’s Captivate press event. Although a home version of SSFIV:AE been buzzing around the rumor mill for months now and it was all but confirmed by a BBFC rating last week, which suggests a June release, we finally have an official announcement.

The DLC will include new playable characters Evil Ryu, Oni, Yun and Yang (who both appeared in Street Fighter III: Third Strike), new outfits, a new replay system and a new “elite” replay video viewing system. A price has not been announced as of yet.
