We’re introduced to the wonderful nuances of the new area with sweeping landscape shots and glimpses into the simple lives of its residents. Toussaint appears like a quaint town hidden under the grandeur of an enormous castle and a hulking mountain. It’s a land said to be untouched by the horror of war, where the finest wines are made and sold.

But, as the narrator advises us of all of Toussaint’s glory, a troubling question presides over the trailer: “what brought the White Wolf to this land of sheep?” Well, despite being untainted by war and conflict, it seems that this new region is still a terrifyingly dangerous place to live.

With a mysterious and deadly creature skulking through the night and terrorising the locals, Geralt is called to a most lovely of locations for perhaps his most dangerous adventure yet.

Take a closer look at the stunning sights of Toussaint in the trailer above, and get ready to call on the Witcher’s enhancements one last time when The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine releases on May 31.
