Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack Receives A Price Drop Just In Time For Launch

In less than a week, DrinkBox Studios will unleash its colourful blob invasion onto a digital representation of our world. The Toronto-based studio just announced that their Vita launch title, Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack, has made it through Sony‘s rigorous testing process. It’s officially good to go for next week’s launch.

Adding extra reason to pick this one up is the fact that it’s received a last minute price drop. Instead of retailing for $9.99, the side-scrolling physics puzzle game will now be available for $7.99 via the PlayStation Network. A new bundle package, which adds Mutant Blobs Attack‘s predecessor Tales From Space: About a Blob, as well as some downloadable content, can be purchased for $9.99. That’s a phenomenal deal if you ask me.

Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack will be released onto the North American PlayStation Network server on February 21. A PAL release will follow the next day.

About Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack

Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack is a side-scrolling puzzle platformer about an ornery mutant blob that, after being held captive in a lab that can only be described as something out of a retro sci-fi movie from the early ’50’s, escapes into the world and sets out to eat its way to freedom. Mutant Blobs Attack will contain a wide range of exciting features and gameplay modes designed specifically for the PlayStation®Vita handheld entertainment system.
