UPDATE: The Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 DLC pack will give players the ability to pull off visceral reverts. However, with that being said, the move will only work within the add-on’s stages.

Kicking off this year’s Summer of Arcade on Xbox Live, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD is set to land on July 18. Bringing the first two games of the franchise into the future with updated graphics and other additions, more details of the recently announced Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 DLC have just been announced.

Launching around 30-45 days after the game’s release, a DLC pack filled with select content from the third outing of the franchise will be available for $5. Reps from Activision are yet to go into specifics, but Airport is one of the levels known to be included and some new, as yet unnamed, pros will also be along for the ride.

How much post-release attention Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD will receive is yet to be revealed, but with a vast amount of content to choose from it will be interesting to see what makes the cut and where in the franchise’s past the DLC additions will stop.

As someone who would rank Airport as one of the very best levels, I am already on board with this DLC. If it is announced to be rolling alongside the soundtrack from the game, then I will begin grinding my teeth in anticipation.
