New Trailer For Pid Demonstrates Hard Mode

Pid, a downloadable 2D platformer from indie developer Might and Delight, is scheduled to release on Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network, and Steam sometime this year. To get a taste of what types of challenges players will encounter, the developer has released a video showcasing both the game’s Normal and Hard difficulties.

Making use of an innovative mechanic where players drop beams of light to propel the main character, the levels in Pid will have numerous obstacles, including enemy drones, moving spikes, and missiles. Players who choose Hard Mode will see a noticeable increase in the amount of obstacles they encounter, as demonstrated in the video below.
